Main Characteristics

Front Panel uses LCD Touch Screen, Key and Power Switch with all digital display. Can use Switch Signal (Electrical frequency signal) to control machine start and stop, and control power via PLC (RS232 or RS482 options).

Visual Human-computer Interface makes operation more intuitive and user-friendly. With abundant industrial interfaces, it offers stronger and more flexible matching ability with robots, various automation equipment and remote control (unmanned) devices.

Induction Heating Machine features remote control function and adopts digital circuit control. Power regulation can be adjusted from 0% to 100% resolution, and digital PID temperature control module can be configured to set target temperature of workpiece (infrared temperature measurement or thermocouple temperature measurement) automatically. Temperature control accuracy is +1°C for power regulation in heating process.

Working Models

Manual: On and stop via switch control
Timer: Set heating time, stops automatically when time is reached
Fixed Temperature: Set required heating temperature, stops when target temperature is reached
Constant Temperature: Automatically adjusts heating power to maintain consistent workpiece temperature
Section Heating Model: 8 sections (S1-S8) with options to set heating power, timer, temperature or constant temperature for each section. Power set to 0 means no heating required

9 programmable memory slots (P1-P9) allow storage of different workpiece settings. Select programs by clicking P(P1-P9) for efficient operation when handling multiple workpieces on one machine.
