This is a water-cooled mobile induction heating machine equipped with a lightweight handheld transformer, specially designed for on-site and workshop heating jobs on tubes, pipes, metal plates and other metal workpieces. It adopts IGBT high-frequency induction technology, matched with closed-loop water circulation cooling system (support built-in chiller or external water chiller). The long flexible water-cooled cable allows operators to move the heating coil freely, while the main generator stays on the mobile trolley. It is widely used for induction welding, brazing, soldering, annealing, inner hole heating and local heat treatment of copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and alloy metals.
